This nimble cutting sword is optimised for rotational actions, and will work well in any broadsword or sabre system. Its fast, slender blade can dip and dive, but also hold its ground against both narrow and wider blades.
It features a 3/4 basket made up of spiralling flat-section barwork, offering ample hand protection and a strong fantasy aesthetic. It is crowned with a spherical pommel with carved linework. The oak grip is wrapped in linen thread and brown kidskin.
The guard is built to historical proportions and sizings. It is optimised for right-handed use with medium-sized hands, i.e. a palm size of approximately 8-9cm across, but may also suit a smaller hand with a glove.
