This light and nimble cut-and-thrust sword is balanced to excel in timing-based plays. Perfect for in-time attacks, it performs speedy cuts and thrusts that are effective against both thrusting swords and wider-bladed swords.
It features a scalloped shell guard and a flattened sphere pommel, both with carved linework, and a knuckle guard a knuckle guard attached to the pommel with a screw fixture, in the historical fashion. The oak grip is wrapped in linen thread and brown kidskin.
It is optimised for right-handed use with large-sized hands, i.e. a palm size of approximately 10cm across. The guard may accommodate a large glove, but this will depend on the type of glove, so you'll need to make an assessment based on the photos and measurements.
