This ambidextrous rapier features a 107cm blade, feeling light, nimble and willing in the hand. Ideal for fast-moving rapier styles, it dips and turns swiftly while holding the centre line. A pleasure to handle, this rapier will be a firm favourite in any armoury.
Ideal for left or right handed users, the guard features a striking scallop shell plate, based on historical originals. This offers good hand protection against rapier thrusts, paired with a symmetrical X-shaped counter guard. In line with our Black Ribbon suite, the long, straight quillons are tipped with hand-carved acanthus leaves, matching the exquisitely engraved spherical pommel.
